หลายคนเชื่อว่าสุนัขเป็นเพื่อนที่ดีที่สุดของมนุษย์ สุนัขรักและซื่อสัตย์ต่อนายของมันมาก มันจะไม่ยอมทิ้งนายและยอมตายแทนนายของมันได้ ในสมัยโบราณสุนัขได้รับการฝึกให้ล่าสัตว์และทำงานต่าง ๆ ในปัจจุบันก็เช่นกัน สุนัข ช่วยคนทำงานต่าง ๆ เช่น ช่วยตำรวจค้นหาระเบิดหรือยาเสพติด ช่วยนำทางให้คนตาบอด ฯลฯ นอก จากเลี้ยงไว้ใช้งานแล้ว คนส่วนมากยังนิยมเลี้ยงสุนัขเป็นสัตว์เลี้ยงด้วย ว่ากันว่าสุนัขที่เป็นสัตว์เลี้ยงบางตัวได้รับการดูแลเอาใจใส่ดี กว่าเด็กจน ๆ บางคนอีก

Translation 1

Considered by many to be man's best friend, dogs love their owners and are very loyal to them, refusing to abandon their masters and can die for them. In ancient times dogs were trained to hunt and to perform all kinds of work. In the present, dogs still assist man in all sorts of jobs such as helping police find explosives or drugs and being guides for the blind. Aside from keeping dogs for use, most people enjoy having them as pets. Some house dogs, it's said, is better cared for than some disadvantaged children.
