DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Established in 1977, the department offers a master's and a doctoral program in Higher Education,focussing on curriculum and teaching and learning, administration of higher education institutions, teacher education and student activities. It also offers courses in Higher Education and Teacher Education for undergraduate students according to their own interest. Regarding academic services, the department organizes meetings, training sessions, and seminars for public and private higher education institutions. Disseminating research findings and encouraging research concerning higher education are two main functions of this department.
