Opportunities and rewards await Thai exporters with suitable products who
are willing to devote the time and resources required to access and
compete in the world market. Thai food exporters interested
in developing the world market should ensure that the product and its
packaging appeal to the consumers, have packaged food products that meet
international food law, packaging and labeling requirements, or be willing
to adapt the product to meet them.
This
research will bring together a unique forum of experts in food packaging
to address all innovative issues, debate future opportunities and provide
practical knowledge on applications currently in use, and promote the
development of food packaging technology in Thailand.
Objective
The overall objective
of this project is to support national goal to promote Thailand as world
leader in the production of safe, excellent quality and high value food
products in the international marketplace.
