Translation 1

When you communicate with another you have to use a language that both parties understand. This can be merely a smile or a wave of the hand. It is possible that the first humans created body language even before they could speak. Later, when people wanted to send information beyond the hearing range, they had to use several signs, for example, drumbeats and smoke signals. Then they began drawing pictures on cave walls to record messages. These pictures eventually became letters that represent sound.
