รวบ แก๊งยานรก จับตาย 1 ยึดยากว่า 50 ล้านบาท

วาน นี้ พล.ต.ท.นพชัย เพ็งพรรณ รองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด แถลงข่าวผลการจับกุมผู้ค้ายาเสพติดรายสำคัญ ได้ผู้ต้องหา 3 คน พร้อมของกลางเป็นยาบ้า 22 กระสอบ จำนวน 4.3 ล้านเม็ด กัญชาอัดแท่งจำนวน 60 แท่ง น้ำหนัก 580 กิโลกรัม รวมมูลค่ากว่า 50 ล้านบาท และรถกระบะ 2 คัน หลังได้รับเบาะแสว่ามีกลุ่มชาวบ้านลักลอบลำเลียงยาเสพติดจากจ.เชียงราย มาส่งมอบให้กับเครือข่าย ใน           จ.สุพรรณบุรี จึงจัดกำลังเฝ้าสังเกตการณ์ตามเส้นทางต่างๆ กระทั่งพบรถกระบะที่มีลักษณะตามที่ได้รับแจ้ง 2 คันขับมาบนถนนสายเอเชีย 38 จึงพยายามดักสกัด แต่คนร้ายไหวตัว ยิงใส่ตำรวจเพื่อเปิดทางหนี รถกระบะคันหนึ่งเกิดเสียหลักลงข้างทาง และหนึ่งในคนร้ายในรถถูกยิงเสียชีวิต ส่วนอีกคันถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่ขับรถตามไปสกัดไว้ได้ ตำรวจจึงเข้าตรวจค้นและพบยาเสพติดดังกล่าว

จาก การสอบสวนเบื้องต้น ผู้ต้องหารับสารภาพว่ารับงานขนยามาแล้ว 3 ครั้ง ได้รับค่าจ้างครั้งละประมาณ 2 ล้านบาท กระทั่งครั้งที่ 4 นี้มาถูกจับ ทั้งหมดถูกตั้งข้อหามียาเสพติดไว้ในครอบครองเพื่อจำหน่ายและข้อหาต่อสู้ขัดขวาง การจับกุมของเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป

Drug gang arrested, one killed and drugs worth over 50 million baht


Yesterday, Pol. Lt. Gen. Noppachai Pengpan, Deputy Commander of the Narcotics Suppression Bureau, gave a press conference on the arrest of 3 major drug traffickers and the confiscation of 22 sacks containing 4.3 million speed pills, 60 bars of compressed marijuana weighing 580 kilograms, altogether worth over 50 million baht, and two pick-up trucks. The operation occurred after police were tipped off that a group of people were smuggling drugs from Chiang Rai to their network in Supanburi. Police were then dispatched for a stake out. Later, they spotted two pick-ups on Asia 38 Road that matched the specifications they had been given and tried to intercept the two vehicles. However, the suspects, realizing that the police were aware of their movements fired a gun at them to escape. One of the pick-ups skidded off the road and one of the suspects was shot dead. The other pick-up was chased by police cars. The police searched through both vehicles and found the drugs.

Upon preliminary questioning, the suspects confessed that this was the fourth time that they had been hired to transport drugs. The previous three times, they were paid around 2 million baht per job. All the culprits were charged with possessing drugs with intent to sell and resist arrest with force before they are prosecuted.

Police chase in drug bust ends in 1 death by officer, 50m THB ice-weed


 A major drug gang has been apprehended, with police arresting 3 suspects, seizing 22 bags or 4.5 million tablets of amphetamines and 60 sticks or 580 kg. of marijuana, worth a total of 50 million baht ($1.5m), and confiscating two pickup trucks after receiving a tip that locals were smuggling drugs out of Chiang Rai Province and delivering them to networks in Suphan Buri, Narcotics Suppression Division Assistant Commissioner, Pol. Lt. Gen. Nopachai Pengpan, said in a press conference yesterday. Monitoring along the trafficking routes resulted in officers noticing two pickups that matched informed descriptions traveling on the shoulder of Asia 38 and moved in to stop them but were shot at to provide escape cover. One truck lost control and fell off the road and one perpetrator was killed by police while the other vehicle was pursued, stopped, searched and found with the drugs.

Initial investigation resulted in a confession from the suspect who admitted to having smuggled three times previously and paid about 2 million baht ($59,000) each time. This arrest is his fourth attempt. The smugglers have been charged with illegal possession of narcotics with intent to sell and using force in resisting arrest, and are awaiting trial.

ตำรวจปส.ปส.จัดหนักล้างบางเครือข่ายยานรกยึดยาบ้า 5 ล้านเม็ดกัญชาอัดแท่งอีกกว่า 6 ร้อยโลกรัมลำเลียงจากภาคเหนือส่งขายภาคกลาง

เมื่อวันที่ 14 ก.ย. ที่กองบัญชาการตำรวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด (บช.ปส.) พล.ต.อ.มนู เมฆหมอก รอง ผบ.ตร. พร้อมด้วย พล.ต.ท.มนตรี ยิ้มแย้ม ผบช.ปส.และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกันแถลงผลการจับกุมและสกัดกั้นผู้ค้ายาเสพติดรายสำคัญ จำนวน 2 คดี ผู้ต้องหา 5 คน ของกลาง ยาบ้า 5,400,000 เม็ด และกัญชา  560 กก. โดยคดีแรก เจ้าหน้าที่ บก.สกส.บช.ปส. เจ้าหน้าที่ บก.ขส.บช.ปส. ร่วมกันจับกุม นายสิทธิพล เจริญงดงาม อายุ 40 ปี นายตั๋ว เจริญภัย อายุ 40 ปี และนายขวัญนภัส ลี้เจริญสุวรรณ อายุ 32 ปี พร้อมของกลาง ยาบ้า 27 กระสอบ ประมาณ 5,400,000 เม็ด รถยนต์ 2 คัน

ทั้งนี้ ก่อนหน้านี้ทราบว่าจะมีกลุ่มขบวนการยาเสพติด ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นกลุ่มเครือญาติหรือชาวบ้าน ในพื้นที่ จ.ตาก ลักลอบลำเลียงยาเสพติดจากพื้นที่ จ.เชียงราย มาส่งมอบให้กับเครือข่ายในพื้นที่ จ.สุพรรณบุรี จึงจัดกำลังเฝ้าสังเกตการณ์ตามเส้นทางต่างๆกระทั่งพบรถยนต์เป้าหมายจำนวน 2 คันขับผ่านมาบริเวณริมถนนสายเอเชีย (32) ขาขึ้นเหนือ ต.ท่างาม อ.อินทร์บุรี จ.สิงห์บุรี จึงดักสกัดเข้าตรวจค้นก่อนพบของกลางดังกล่าว สอบสวนผู้ต้องหาทั้ง3 คน รับสารภาพว่า รับงานขนยามาแล้ว 4 ครั้ง ครั้งที่ 1 ประมาณต้นเดือน ก.ค.64   ครั้งที่ 2 ประมาณปลายเดือน ก.ค.64 – ต้นเดือน ส.ค. 64  ครั้งที่ 3 ประมาณ 30 ส.ค.64 ได้รับค่าจ้างครั้งละประมาณ 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 บาท  กระทั่งครั้งที่ 4 มาถูกจับดังกล่าว เบื้องต้นจึงแจ้งข้อหามียาเสพติดให้โทษประเภท 1 ไว้ในครอบครองเพื่อจำหน่าย ก่อนส่งตัวให้ บช.ปส.ดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป
