The pages in this directory contain many of the HTML and CGI
examples
from the book, as well as images and other files that you may find
useful. If a chapter is not listed here, its because there were no
examples from that chapter. Note that many of the examples in the
book were for illustrative purposes only, and as such many of
these files
don't work very well as real-life complete web pages and sites. My
intention in providing these examples is to allow you to see the HTML
that was used to create them.
