รวบอดีตผู้ช่วยเภสัชกรขายยาเสริมความงามเถื่อนออนไลน์

เมื่อวันที่ 28 ม.ค. เวลา 15.30 น. พล.ต.ท.สุริยา แสงแก้ว หัวหน้าคณะทำงานปราบปรามผลิตภัณฑ์และการบริการด้านสุขภาพที่ผิดกฎหมาย พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) แถลงต่อผู้สื่อข่าวว่าหลังจากได้รับเบาะแสว่ามีการลักลอบผลิตยาเถื่อนเพื่อจำหน่ายออ นไลน์ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงได้เข้าตรวจค้นบ้านหลังหนึ่งใน จ. สุรินทร์ พบผู้ต้องหา 1 ราย คือ น.ส. อาริสา บุญแต่ง อายุ 32 ปี และได้ยึดแคปซูลบรรจุยาไม่ระบุชื่อและเลขทะเบียนกว่า 3 แสนแคปซูล แคปซูลเปล่ากว่า 2.2 ล้านแคปซูล ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร วัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์การผลิต รวมมูลค่ากว่า 7 แสนบาท

จากการสอบสวนทราบว่าผู้ต้องหาเป็นอดีตผู้ช่วยเภสัชกร โดยซื้อยามาผสมและบรรจุแคปซูลเอง  ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิงที่ต้องการลดน้ำหนักหรือห่วงใยเรื่องความงาม  หลังจากนี้เจ้าหน้าที่จะสืบสวนหาแหล่งที่มาของตัวยาและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องใน ขบวนการค้ายาเถื่อนนี้ต่อไป

อย. ได้เตือนประชาชนว่าไม่ควรซื้อยาจากร้านขายยาออนไลน์ เพราะอาจจะได้ยาปลอมหรือยาที่ไม่ได้ผ่านการอนุมัติรับรอง   แม้ว่าการซื้อยาออนไลน์จะสะดวกและได้ยาราคาถูก แต่อาจมีผลข้างเคียงที่เป็นอันตรายได้

• อดีตผู้ช่วยเภสัชกร
  This is a case where attention to information unit is important. Your facts need to be correct when writing news. When you translate เภสัชกร using pharmacy rather than pharmacist, you are assuming that the assistant used to work in a pharmacy or drugstore. This might not be the case as pharmacist assistants might just as reasonably work in university labs, company labs or factories or government agencies. Considering the specific context and her expertise in making weight loss drugs, it is unlikely that her experience is merely clerical in a drugstore. So, assuming previous work in a pharmacy is not a good bet. If you want textual confirmation, since this is an open-book test, you might check various coverage of this news story and find that "จากการสอบปากคำเบื้องต้นนางสาวภัคฑิตาอ้างว่า เมื่อก่อนเคยประกอบอาชีพเป็นผู้ช่วยเภสัชกร จึงมีความรู้ในการผสมยาโดยเฉพาะยาลดความอ้วน จึงออกมาลักลอบสั่งซื้อตัวยาต่าง ๆ มาผสมขายเอง" (Channel 7 News) thereby giving weight to previous lab work experience rather than pharmacy or storefront responsibilities.

  AYUTTHAYA: More than 31 tonnes of illegal healthcare products seized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Consumer Protection Police Division (CPPD) were destroyed on Monday.
  
  The goods were seized during joint operations from 2014-2020, and the court cases have concluded.

  The illegal items seized included Kamagra for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, botox, filler, imported vitamins, fake cosmetics using a range of brand names, unlicensed herbal products and food supplements.

พ.ต.อ.ชนันนัทธ์กล่าวว่า ตามที่ อย.ตรวจพบเว็บไซต์ www.auraslimbeauty.com/ ลักลอบจำหน่ายยาชุด ยาไม่มีทะเบียน ยาแผนปัจจุบัน และวัตถุออกฤทธิ์จำนวนมาก ซึ่งสถานที่จำหน่ายตั้งอยู่ใน จ.นครปฐม จึงได้ประสาน บก.ปคบ.เข้าตรวจค้นสถานที่จำหน่ายดังกล่าว พบผู้ต้องหา 1 ราย คือ น.ส.ภัคฑิตา พลอยแก้ว อายุ 28 ปี พร้อมของกลางจำนวนมาก เช่น ยาไม่มีทะเบียนพร้อมอุปกรณ์การผลิต ยาแผนปัจจุบัน วัตถุออกฤทธิ์กลุ่มลดความอ้วน ฟิลเลอร์ที่ไม่มีทะเบียน ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารที่ไม่มีเลขสารบบอาหาร เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ยึดของกลางมาตรวจสอบ พบว่าเป็นแคปซูลบรรจุยาไม่ระบุชื่อและเลขทะเบียนกว่า 2 แสนแคปซูล แคปซูลเปล่ากว่า 1.2 ล้านแคปซูล ยาแผนปัจจุบัน ผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มฟิลเลอร์ ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร วัตถุดิบยาและอุปกรณ์การผลิต ทั้งหมดกว่า 100 รายการ รวมมูลค่ากว่า 5 แสนบาท

“จากการสอบสวนทราบว่าผู้ต้องหาเป็นอดีตผู้ช่วยเภสัชกร โดยซื้อยามาบรรจุผสมสูตรเองและมีหลายสูตร ส่วนลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิงที่ต้องการลดความอ้วนหรือรักสวยรักงาม หลังจากนี้จะขยายผลหาแหล่งที่มาของตัวยาต่อไป เบื้องต้นเข้าข่ายเป็นการกระทำความผิดตาม พ.ร.บ.ยา พ.ศ. 2510, พ.ร.บ.วัตถุที่ออกฤทธิ์ต่อจิตและประสาท พ.ศ. 2559, พ.ร.บ.เครื่องมือแพทย์ พ.ศ. 2551 และ พ.ร.บ.อาหาร พ.ศ. 2522 ทั้งนี้ เมื่อเข้าสู่กระบวนการยุติธรรมสอบสวนรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานแล้วหากพบเป็นการกระทำความผิด ฐานใดก็จะดำเนินคดีต่อผู้กระทำความผิดตามขั้นตอนกฎหมาย” พ.ต.อ.ชนันนัทธ์กล่าว

ด้าน ภญ.สุภัทรากล่าวว่า อย.เฝ้าระวังผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริมความงามและยาลดความอ้วนเกี่ยวกับผู้หญิง จึงดำเนินการสืบสวนพบว่าเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวลักลอบขายผ่านทางออนไลน์ จากการตรวจสอบพบว่ามีสารไซบูทรามีน ไทรอยด์ ที่มีผลต่อจิตประสาทและหัวใจ หากรับประทานเกินขนาดอาจเสียชีวิตได้ โดยขอเตือนประชาชนอย่าเห็นแก่ของถูกหรือความสะดวกซื้อยาทางร้านค้าออนไลน์ เพราะไม่สามารถทราบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อมาเป็นของแท้หรือของปลอม หรือผลิตจากสถานที่ได้มาตรฐานเพียงใด นอกจากนี้ ควรใช้ภายใต้คำแนะของเภสัชกรและแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพราะอาจได้รับผลกระทบข้างเคียง หากพบการลักลอบผลิต นำเข้า จำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพที่ผิกฎหมาย ขอให้แจ้งมาที่สายด่วน อย.1556

ส่วน พล.ต.ท.เพิ่มพูนกล่าวว่า ขอขอบคุณเจ้าหน้าที่ บก.ปคบ. และ อย.ที่ร่วมมือกันอีกครั้งในการเฝ้าระวังการจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพตามช่องทางต่าง ๆ จนสามารถตรวจสอบพบการผลิตและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพผิดกฎหมาย และยืดของกลางได้เป็นจำนวนมากไม่ให้หลุดรอดออกไปจำหน่าย ทำให้ประชาชนได้รับอันตราย หลังจากนี้เจ้าหน้าที่จะขยายผลเพื่อหาความเชื่อมโยงไปยังผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งขบวน การต่อไป
